Budget 2021 Snapshot: Businesses advised to act now before predicted changes to Entrepreneurs’ Relief
Stephen Goderski, restructuring director at PKF GM, advises businesses to act now ahead of anticipated changes in the Autumn.
“The abolition of Entrepreneurs Relief has been expected for the last two years and, although this was not announced during Wednesday’s Budget, it appears that it is still a case of when, rather than if, it is announced.
It is widely expected that the announcement is likely to be made in the Autumn Budget and any business owner looking to exit and take advantage of the relief, should seriously consider doing so before then.”
